Closing of the French DECLARATION-SYNAPSE portal

The managers of DECLARATION-SYNAPSE have just informed us that the DECLARATION-SYNAPSE application will close on 1 January 2023. From 1 January 2023 onwards, the notification of hazardous mixtures will have to be done on the European portal for Poison Centre Notifications (PCN) developed by ECHA.
The consultation of your declarations in DECLARATION-SYNAPSE will however remain possible until 30 June 2023 for users with an active certificate.
As a reminder, if you are an importer or a downstream user and if you place on the market mixtures which are classified as hazardous based on their health and physical effects, you must submit information in a harmonised way to Member States.
