Lisam Telegis expands its regulatory monitoring offer to the UK

Since 01 January 2021 when Brexit became effective, Lisam Telegis has been acting as UK REACH Only Representative and Third Party Representative for its non-British customers who wish to place their products on the GB market.

Lisam Telegis is also authoring Safety Data Sheets in compliance with UK REACH and GB CLP.

With those two activities we are committed to closely follow the British versions of REACH and CLP which have been progressively diverging from the European ones.

We are pleased to announce that our expertise is now duly organised and made available for our customers as an additional module to our usual Regulatory monitoring bulletins.

The decision-making processes implemented by the British Authorities, for example for listing a substance on the UK REACH Candidate List, or for assigning a mandatory classification and labelling to a substance, keep relying greatly on the processes initiated under EU REACH and CLP. Therefore, our UK monitoring bulletins are referring to some chapters of our EU monitoring bulletins and subscription to our UK regulatory monitoring service must be done in addition to our EU REACH & CLP monitoring service and cannot be done separately.
